Preparations for the ATEE 2026 Annual Conference are gathering pace. During its latest working meeting, the Local Organising Committee reviewed the key organisational areas and coordinated the next steps ahead of the conference, which will take place in Białystok on 25-28 August 2026.
With only a few weeks remaining, the team is working intensively on the academic programme, participant communication, session organisation, technical arrangements and the many practical details required to welcome the international ATEE community to the University of Białystok.
Behind every session, message and organisational detail is the work of a committed team. The latest meeting was also an opportunity to recognise the professionalism, responsibility, patience and mutual support that continue to shape the preparations for ATEE 2026.
Several important resources are now available on the conference website. We encourage all participants, presenters and Session Chairs to review them before the conference.
Explore the programme outline covering workshops, keynote lectures, parallel sessions, RDC meetings, anniversary events, cultural activities and optional regional excursions.
Find practical guidance for oral, poster and online presenters, as well as Session Chairs. The page also includes the official ATEE 2026 PowerPoint presentation template.
Learn about the post-conference publication opportunities, including journal Special Issues, the ATEE-Routledge Book Series and the ATEE 2026 Book of Proceedings.
The Local Organising Committee looks forward to welcoming participants from across Europe and beyond to Białystok for several days of academic exchange, professional collaboration and celebration of the 50th anniversary of ATEE.
