Guidelines for Authors & Presenters
You can submit an abstract for one of the following categories. Please review the specific requirements for each format below.
Presentations of original research or theoretical perspectives.
Time: 20 min presentation + 10 min discussion.
Posters displayed during designated sessions for networking and feedback.
Focus: Original research/theory.
Collection of papers around a common theme.
Time: 90 minutes total.
If not accepted, papers may be considered for parallel sessions.
Posters must be A1 size (594 x 841 mm) and clearly display the key elements of your research. Please ensure text is readable from a distance.
Presenters are expected to have slides. Allocation: 20-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute discussion.
Each author may submit up to two abstracts as the presenting author.
This includes individual papers, posters, and symposia contributions.
